What we are looking for:

  • Carry out preventative & planned maintenance as per established programs (primarily planned);
  • Fault finding, working alongside our multi skilled operators.
  • Service, repair & maintain all equipment and machinery to mitigate down time, such as conveyors, utilities, compressors, palletisers and wrapping, bagging, and strapping machines.
  • General machining – Lathe work & Milling
  • Welding - SMAW, TIG & MIG
  • Support Health, Safety & Environment initiatives to ensure an accident-free workplace.
  • Maintain maintenance history and planning utilising SAP CMMS
  • High Risk work such as working with Confined Space, EWP’s, Working at Heights, Hot works etc

What you will bring to the team

  • A key interest in a mechanical hands on role.
  • Computer skills advantage.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management skills, with a flexible attitude and willing to adapt.
  • Current drivers’ license with reliable transport.
