About the role:
You’ll manage a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on high-value clients and driving strategic growth. This is a relationship-driven role where you’ll partner with customers to deliver tailored packaging solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability.
Beyond maintaining strong connections, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—helping clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and achieve their sustainability goals. This is not about transactional sales; it’s about creating long-term value.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Deliver innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive margin improvements.
- Generate new business through referrals and industry networks.
- Maintain a consultative, high-touch approach focused on solutions, not just numbers.
What you will bring:
Industry experience is a plus, but not essential. We’re looking for someone who:

We believe materials are not recycled until they’ve been made into new products. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging.
