The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of customers across Brisbane and South East Queensland. Reporting to the State Sales Manager – Visy Specialties QLD, this role is pivotal in driving growth through strong customer relationships, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the agricultural supply chain.

You’ll work closely with existing customers to protect core business, identify new opportunities, and introduce the broader Visy packaging portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow key customer accounts to achieve sales targets, build long-term partnerships, and maximise revenue opportunities

· Drive sales performance through proactive account management, product promotion, and delivery against agreed KPIs and budgets

· Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships and cross-selling Visy solutions

· Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored packaging solutions and a seamless customer experience

· Provide market insights, customer feedback, and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making

· Ensure a strong commitment to safety by adhering to all OHS&E policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

What You’ll Bring

· Proven experience in account management or sales (packaging, fresh produce, FMCG, or agriculture is desirable)

· Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

· Proficiency in Salesforce, and the Microsoft & Google suite of tools.

· Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
