The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role manages a portfolio of key customer accounts. You will own the end-to-end account lifecycle including commercial agreements, pricing, forecasting, and ongoing customer management.  This is a fast-paced commercial role suited to someone who can manage complexity, build strong customer relationships, and deliver outcomes in a manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and grow key customer accounts to achieve sales targets, build long-term partnerships, and maximise revenue opportunities 

• Drive sales performance through proactive account management, product promotion, and delivery against agreed KPIs and budgets 

• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships and cross-selling Visy solutions 

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored packaging solutions and a seamless customer experience 

• Provide market insights, customer feedback, and accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making 

• Ensure a strong commitment to safety by adhering to all OHS&E policies, procedures, and compliance requirements 

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in account management or sales (packaging, fresh produce, FMCG, or agriculture is desirable) 

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. 

• Proficiency in Salesforce, and the Microsoft & Google suite of tools. 

• Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
