Role Details:
As a Customer Supply Chain Planner, you will play a key role in aligning customer demand with supply chain operations. You’ll manage forecasts, improve planning accuracy, and act as the link between customers and internal teams.

• Build and manage long-term product demand forecasts
• Work with customers to agree on expected demand and future plans
• Manage short-term demand changes and weekly forecast updates
• Analyse forecast performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with supply planning, customer service and sales teams
• Manage supply risks, stock levels and product availability
• Provide reporting and insights to support business decisions

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with good Excel capability
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and build relationships
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to turn data into clear, practical insights
