About the Role

We’re seeking an Apprentice Electrician to join our Yatala Board Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on a day shift 6am – 2.30pm. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

• Day shift with opportunity for OT
• Training and career growth provided with Visy
• Open to 2nd and 3rd year apprentices

Key Responsibilities

• Working under the supervision of qualified Electricians to complete routine maintenance tasks.
• Attending TAFE and completing coursework to complete your apprenticeship.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.

What You’ll Bring

• Ideally looking for apprentices in their 2nd or 3rd year, or 1st years nearly completed.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments a bonus.
• Mechanically minded and interested in hands-on tasks.
• Passion for your trade and willingness to learn.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
