We're looking for a commercially minded Logistics Analyst to join our Centre of Excellence in Ho Chi Minh City and support our Global Sales Team by identifying new business opportunities, developing qualified sales leads and delivering analytical insights that drive growth.

What you'll do

• Identify and qualify prospective customers to support business growth initiatives.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the global sales team.
• Conduct market research, customer profiling and competitive analysis.
• Produce reporting and insights that support commercial decision making and business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within Salesforce CRM.
• Develop dashboards and performance reporting using Power BI and related tools.
• Support proposal development, customer presentations and sales initiatives.
• Analyse customer, shipment and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with sales, operations and product teams to drive commercial outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, reporting and pipeline management.

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, lead generation, business development support or related disciplines.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong analytical capability with experience using Power BI, Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience using sales intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo, Datamyne or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management and commercial reporting.
• Excellent research, problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Bonus points for

• Freight forwarding, logistics, transport or supply chain industry experience.
• Experience building commercial dashboards and executive reporting.
• Exposure to sales performance analysis and growth strategy development.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
