About the Role

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our Carole Park manufacturing team.

In these hands-on roles, you'll be responsible for supporting the production of corrugated cardboard packaging through the safe operation of machinery, quality control activities and general production duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with production equipment
• Feed raw materials and remove finished products
• Support machine setups and production runs
• Conduct quality inspections and production checks
• Stack, pack and prepare products for dispatch
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
• Contribute to achieving production targets and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
• Experience in packaging, printing, food manufacturing or similar industrial environments is highly regarded
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
• Able to work morning or afternoon shifts and overtime when required
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
