About the Role
We’re seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our Gepps Cross Board Plant.

• Shift Options: 

• Rotating shift: 12-hour shift (One week Day Shift- 4am to 4pm. One week afternoon Shift 4pm to 4am)
• Day shift - Monday to Friday (10h shift from 4am to 2.30pm or 6am to 4pm)
• Overtime calculated daily, RDO accrued monthly and Saturday’s available at penalty rates

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
• Working with the production team and fitters to resolve issues with minimal downtime.
• Contribute to project work, including installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Work with PLCs, LV and HV systems monitoring and diagnosis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.

What You’ll Bring

• Trade-qualified Electrician with a current A-Grade Electrical License
• First experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in manufacturing environments
• First exposure to PLC diagnostics and control systems
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety
