Role Details:
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our Kilburn Recycling Facility. This is a full-time permanent role on an afternoon shift 2pm – 10pm. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

What you’ll do:

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance
• General technical support to the MRF processing facility
• New and old machinery installation and upgrade work
• Daily maintenance, fault finding, troubleshooting and machine repair
• Respond to breakdowns, work with production team and prioritise accordingly

What you’ll bring:

• Qualification in Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Experience in a heavy industrial environment and working alongside production.
• Troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance skills and knowledge.
• Experience with conveyors, bearings and pneumatic systems.
• Strong safety-first mindset to everything you do.
