Role Details

Lead the maintenance function across our Warwick Farm manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors, tradespeople and the Maintenance Planner, working closely with Operations to maximise plant reliability, reduce downtime and support safe, efficient production.

What You'll Do

• Lead the maintenance function through a visible, hands-on leadership style.
• Deliver preventative maintenance programs that maximise asset reliability.
• Partner with Operations to reduce downtime and optimise plant performance.
• Coach and develop Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable engineering improvements.
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractors and critical spare parts.
• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and housekeeping.

What You Will Bring

• Experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical or electrical maintenance experience with a practical leadership approach.
• Relevant engineering or trade qualifications.
• Experience delivering preventative maintenance and reliability improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and contractor performance.
• Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within corrugated packaging, FMCG or a similar manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
