Maintenance Store Person & Planner

We are looking for a Maintenance Storeperson & Planner to join our Fibre Packaging team at our O’Connor site in WA, reporting to the Site Maintenance Manager.
This role is critical in ensuring maintenance activities are effectively planned, supported and executed through strong inventory management and system utilisation.
You will play a key role in improving site reliability by ensuring parts availability, driving preventative maintenance planning and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
What you'll do:
- Lead maintenance planning and execution to maximise plant reliability and uptime
- Own stores and spare parts strategy to minimise downtime risk
- Drive effective use of SAP/MEX to improve planning and performance tracking
- Optimise resources, workflows and maintenance delivery across the site
- Use data to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency
- Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and reduce breakdowns
- Manage maintenance spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Embed lean practices and standardised processes across the team
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in maintenance planning or stores within manufacturing
- Exposure to SAP and maintenance systems (e.g. MEX)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Confident communicator who can work across teams
