At Visy, we're powering the circular economy by closing the loop between packaging, recycling and remanufacturing. We're looking for a people-focused Site Manager to lead our Coolaroo Recycling and CDS operation.

As a site-based leader, you'll lead a team of employees while driving safety, engagement and operational performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where success comes from building strong relationships, being visible in the operation, and delivering outcomes through your team. We're open to experienced Site Managers as well as emerging leaders ready to step into their first site leadership role.

What you'll do:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of supervisors and operators, building a safe, engaged and high-performing culture.
• Manage site operations to achieve safety, productivity, service and quality targets.
• Oversee inventory planning, stock management and MRP activities to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Manage labour, maintenance and operating costs, ensuring performance aligns with budget expectations.
• Build strong relationships with Mill Managers, Supply Chain, Finance, Operational Excellence and other key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a visible leadership presence through regular engagement, toolbox talks and performance management.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience leading frontline teams within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, recycling or industrial operations
• A visible and hands-on leadership style that builds credibility with operational teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge when required
• Sound commercial and numerical acumen, including exposure to budgets and labour management
• The ability to manage both shop-floor teams and senior operational stakeholders
• Resilience, accountability and a positive, solutions-focused approach
