Opportunities

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, this role supports the running of the day to day operations of our busy recycling plant in Smithfield. This is a full time permanent position working either 4am to 12pm or 12pm to 8pm.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Sort items of commingled waste on conveyor belts
• Audits, quality checks and troubleshooting of the machines
• Maintain general housekeeping
• Ensure a high level of safety; overseeing the cleanliness of equipment and areas, codes of practice, and follow relevant procedures.
• Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental, Health and Safety and HACCP.
