Ready to step beyond reporting and become a trusted business partner? Lead finance for a $150M+ multi-site operation while driving commercial insight, performance and team capability across Victoria.

This role offers the opportunity to lead financial performance across multiple business streams, including recycling facilities, fibre purchasing operations, glass beneficiation and collections.

You will be a key member of the Victorian leadership team, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive profitability, support strategic decision making and provide commercial insights that create value across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced finance leader who enjoys balancing hands-on accounting responsibilities with strategic business partnering and people leadership.

What you'll do:

• Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability, productivity and business performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and financial planning across Victorian operations
• Deliver commercial insights, analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee financial controls, governance, compliance and balance sheet integrity
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Management Accountants while driving continuous improvement

What You Will Bring:

• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong experience in management accounting, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Proven ability to lead multiple P&Ls within a complex operational environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Strong technical accounting, financial controls and compliance capability, combined with the stakeholder management, influencing and commercial acumen to partner effectively with operational leaders
