The Opportunity

Visy is seeking a Store Coordinator to join our manufacturing site, supporting day-to-day stores operations.

In this role, you will ensure materials are received, stored and issued efficiently to support production and maintenance teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain inventory accuracy, improve store processes and support smooth operational flow across the site.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys structured environments, takes ownership of detail, and thrives in a hands-on operational role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement and system updates
• Receive, store and issue raw materials, spare parts and consumables
• Conduct cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliation activities
• Maintain ERP/MRP system integrity and reporting accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on material requirements
• Monitor stock levels including reorder points and slow-moving items
• Produce inventory reports and support operational visibility
• Maintain organised, safe and compliant storage areas (5S standards)
• Support process improvement and cost efficiency initiatives

What You Will Bring

• Experience in stores, warehouse or inventory coordination roles
• Understanding of inventory control and materials management principles
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and stock control processes
• Strong Excel and reporting capability
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a manufacturing setting
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Continuous improvement mindset (Lean exposure desirable)
