Role Details

Based at Smithfield NSW or Clayton VIC, you’ll work across all Beverage Can sites to provide hands-on technical support that strengthens product performance, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
You’ll be the key technical contact for internal teams and customers, leading structured problem solving, supporting filling and seaming performance, managing technical documentation, running material and customer trials, and ensuring consistent technical standards across the group.

This role is central to improving quality, reducing defects, and embedding data-driven decision making across our operations located in VIC, QLD, NSW & NZ with travel expected to these sites.

What You Will Bring

• Beverage Can industry experience (essential)
• Strong technical/mechanical capability with proven structured RCA skills
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in customer-facing environments
• Strong analytical, documentation and project management capability
• Science/Engineering/Manufacturing degree or mechanical trade (desirable)
