Role Details:

You’ll be the go-to support for customers, handling enquiries, resolving product issues, and providing clear technical advice. Working closely with sales, quality, and operations teams, you’ll ensure a seamless experience and deliver timely, effective solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear technical support
  • Manage customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and proactive communication on status and delivery
  • Provide product advice and troubleshooting support, helping customers select and use products effectively
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution
  • Take ownership of customer issues, investigating and driving solutions through to completion
  • Build strong customer relationships through responsive service, follow-ups, and ongoing support

 

What you’ll Bring:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or technical support within a manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot glass product-related issues
  • Proficiency in CRM, SAP, and order management systems, plus Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on customer outcomes
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple enquiries under pressure
