As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll work closely with production and engineering to minimise downtime, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold safety and quality standards. Your focus will be on proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support plant performance across our sites located in Hemmant, Yatala & Carole Park.

You will be required to be available to be rostered for shifts Monday to Friday across a minimum of 2 sites as above on both Day & Afternoon Shifts when required.

Day Shifts: - Starts between 5-6am

Afternoon Shifts: - Starts from 2-3pm

What you’ll do:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant machinery and equipment as part of daily responsibilities within production operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to minimise disruptions and improve efficiency

What you will bring to the team:

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (Fitter & Turner Certificate III or equivalent)
• Experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
