Experienced Machine Operators Wanted
Visy Workforce is looking to recruit experienced & safety-focused Machine Operators for Fulltime & Casual opportunities within one of our manufacturing facilities located in Carole Park. About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in producing quality cardboard packaging products while working as part of a supportive production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and associated equipment used in the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
- Assist with machine setup, job changes, and related production tasks.
- Complete quality inspections and procedural checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular housekeeping activities.
- Support the broader production team with general operational duties as required.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment.
- A willingness to learn new skills, processes, and procedures.
- The ability to adapt to changing production requirements.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work either day or afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire to progress into more advanced machine operating roles.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- A genuine commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
