Locations: Based in Epping, servicing metro and regional Melbourne sites.
Hours: Sunday: 9 PM – 5:06 AM; Tuesday to Thursday: 6 PM – 2:06 AM
What you'll do:
- Operate B-Double combinations for timely and efficient freight pick-up and delivery.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle compliance and safety.
- Maintain accurate electronic reports and other required documentation.
- Comply with all transport regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws.
- Secure freight according to load restraint guidelines.
What You Will Bring:
- Valid MC License with a minimum of 2 years of recent Australian driving experience.
- Experience with tautliners, flatbeds, retractable, or container trailers.
- Knowledge of regional areas or interstate routes.
- Clean 5-year driving history and willingness to complete Visy’s Practical Driver Assessment.
- Effective communication and time management skills, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws.
- BFM Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Pride in maintaining well-presented vehicles and equipment.
