Visy Specialties, part of the global Visy Group, is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Woodridge, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, managing the efficient and organized flow of inventory within the warehouse.
What You'll Do
• Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks to meet daily targets and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Use SAP to track and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to 5S standards and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance warehouse processes and efficiency.
What You Will Bring
• Valid LF Forklift license
• 3+ years of experience driving a counterbalance forklift. High reach experience is also required.
• 3+ years of experience in warehousing or inventory management, with a keen eye for detail.
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lift and handle heavy objects safely.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry
• Team-player attitude, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
