The Opportunity
Visy Specialties is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our new, modern Truganina facility. You will play a critical role in leading and supporting our production team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Work out of a brand new site with state of the art equipment
- Supervise and facilitate daily shift activities for the production team
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Allocate resources effectively to meet delivery, quality, and safety targets
- Monitor equipment calibration and oversee efficient changeovers and line setups
- Train and develop operators to enhance skills and productivity
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements
- Support maintenance programs and troubleshoot machine issues
