The Opportunity
Our Smithfield site is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Services team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in providing high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring adherence to department KPIs.
What You’ll Do

Receive and process customer orders in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain timely and clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

Work closely with the site scheduler and sales team to ensure seamless order processing.

Proactively contribute to safety, environmental management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage stock control processes.

Answer customer and stakeholder inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Perform general administrative duties as required.
