About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our Reservoir Board Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on a day shift 7am – 3.30pm. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Working alongside the maintenance team to complete routine maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshooting and resolving breakdowns for production machinery.
- Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.
- Guidance and mentoring apprentices in their development.
What You’ll Bring
- Qualificiation in Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and working alongside production.
- Troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance skills and knowledge.
- Passion for your trade and willingness to learn.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to safety.
