Role Details
Reporting to the Production Manager - CLDF, you’ll lead the production team and contractors, manage scheduling, safety, and tooling knowledge, and work closely with internal customers to deliver high-quality, on-time die-making outputs.
What You’ll Do
• Supervise production teams and contractors at CLDF
• Manage R&M budgets, inventory, and production scheduling (SAP)
• Maintain a safe workplace and support HSE initiatives and audits
• Capture and share tooling and die-making expertise across the team
• Act as the technical link between CLDF and VFP to support customers
• Deliver continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC
• Build strong relationships across internal teams, suppliers, and customers
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in production supervision, planning, or project coordination
• Strong understanding of HSE compliance and safety leadership
• Knowledge of die-making, tooling, machining, or similar manufacturing
• Confidence using continuous improvement tools and problem-solving methods
• Clear communicator with solid stakeholder and customer service skills
• Competent using MS Office and production systems
• Packaging or manufacturing industry exposure is desirable
