About the role:
We are seeking a National Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimise our service delivery operations across Australia. In this key leadership role within Visy’s Recycling division, you’ll manage two teams - Service Delivery and Logistics Coordination - responsible for ensuring smooth operations and meeting service targets. You’ll focus on driving process improvements, resolving issues quickly, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop customer service teams to achieve KPI’s and operational excellence.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.
- Implement process improvements with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage external vendor relationships and performance in line with business expectations.
- Identify, investigate and implement strategies to reduce service failures.
- Oversee logistics coordination, including scheduling, SAP data integrity, and stock movements.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior management.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership and people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a waste management or logistics industry.
- Strong customer interface and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage processes in a medium to large organisation.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP experience desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
- Experience in logistics or recycling is advantageous.
