We have recently identified the need for a Night Shift at our Warwick Farm site and are currently seeking a number of experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators to join the team.
Our Night Shift pattern will be Monday to Thursday, 10pm – 6am and Friday 4pm – 9pm shift and will commence in January 2025.
However, we would like to fill these roles now to enable training on Day Shift or Afternoon Shift, until the Night Shift commences. Currently Day Shift is 6am – 2pm Monday to Thursday, 6am – 11am Friday, Afternoon Shift is 2pm – 10pm Monday to Thursday and 11am – 4pm Friday.
We have positions available on Day, Afternoon and Night shift so be quick!
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Contributing to a safe working environment for yourself and the team
- Operating production machines and associated equipment for the manufacture of cardboard packaging
- Assist with job changes and associated tasks
- Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
- Housekeeping duties and any other ad hoc tasks required as part of a site production team

- To be successful in this role you will have to be able to operate in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment.
- You will be fit and healthy.
- Have strong interpersonal skills (clear communication, self-confidence, teamwork and collaboration),
- The ability to work under pressure and display a good eye for detail particularly in quality control.
- Most importantly is your attitude, you’ll be performance driven, be adaptable to changes in the workplace and be keen to learn new skills, processes, and procedures.
- You’ll ideally have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment and hands on experience operating machines.
