The Opportunity:
Within our Logistics division, we are seeking an experienced forklift operator for our busy warehouse in Penrith. Reporting to the Operations Manager. This role is working afternoon shift from 12pm to 8pm.
What you'll do:
- Operate Counterbalance Gas forklifts
- Load and unload trucks of fragile freight
- Putaways and Despatch
- General Housekeeping
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Hold a current and valid LF Forklift and Driver’s licence
- Experience with Counterbalance forklift is a must
- Twin Tyne experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and or part of a team
- Maintain and adhere to safety policies and procedures on site
