The Opportunity:
Our site in Canning Vale, WA has an opportunity for an ambitious and keen individual to join and be a part of the Services team, who’s main objective is to provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers of the business and achieve adherence to department KPI’s.
Reporting to the Specialities State Manager, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure accurate order entry and verification as per Customer requirements
- Enter Purchase Orders for Internal Purchases & Recruitment Invoices for our Casual Labour
- Confirm delivery schedule meets customer needs with DIFOT reporting
- Assist or direct customers' enquires regarding technical requests
- Communicate with all relevant departments to ensure service levels are maintained
- Development of training programs, effective rotation and allocation of team members, implementation of “on-job” training, including ongoing appraisals, and counseling where required
- Ensuring that the finished product meets the required customer specifications, stock control-allocation, and delivery requirements are met, able to assist in Scheduling as required
- Attend daily meetings with state-holders from other members of the Business to review outstanding tasks and address any other URGENT matters
- Generate & review multiple reports daily to maintain and align our systems
- General administration duties as required within the department
