The Role:
Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role will co-ordinate tasks to meet KPI’s and deadlines, provide support, leadership and guidance to our team based in Warwick Farm across afternoon shift.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Overlook and supervise day to day operations of Production.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently meeting KPI schedules and customer requirements.
- Assist with daily manning requirements for all operating machines.
- Ensure housekeeping and machinery is regularly maintained.
- Report on attendance, absenteeism, downtime and daily production targets
- Find opportunities for continuous improvement by regularly reviewing procedures to assist in initiating new procedures.
- Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental, Health and Safety and HACCP.

- Experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Have strong interpersonal skills (clear communication, teamwork and collaboration).
- Excellent problem-solving & time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Provide supervision and guidance to your team.
- Great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously or part of a team.
- Be flexible with working hours to do overtime when required.
- Adhere, uphold, and maintain OHS policies and procedures.
