About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our Stapylton Cans Plant. This is a full-time permanent role on a rotating Day (6am – 2pm) and Afternoon shift (2pm – 10pm), rotating each week. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Forklift duties including loading & unloading of Trucks
- Planning out your workload and managing the productivity of our AGVs throughout the warehouse
- Warehouse management, checking invoices and stock manually and through SAP system
- General Warehousing & Housekeeping, using our ride on cleaners
- Compliance with OHS&E requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Be able to demonstrate previous warehouse experience in a manufacturing site.
- Experience operating a forklift and quality control within a warehouse, including invoicing and stock checks.
- Be able to work well in a team environment and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Forklift license is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and assist with shift coverage as needed.
- Strong safety awareness and compliance.
