The opportunity:
Seeking experienced Forklift Operators looking for the next step in their career! Based within our Spotswood and Laverton sites, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor we have a position available between both sites. The successful candidate will have a Forklift license, prior counterbalance experience, and ability to work across two sites (when required).
The role:
- Night shift opportunity, 12 hour shift (5pm – 5am)
- Permanent full-time position, OT available
- Monday to Friday, 48 hour week
- Loading and unloading pallets of glass products
- Stacking 3 high using counterbalance with twin tyne attachments
- Monitoring the automated warehouse system (training provided)
What you will bring to the team:
- A valid Forklift & Driver license
- Recent counterbalance experience essential
- Experience with twin tynes desirable but not essential
- Relevant experience with glass product desirable but not essential
- Must have ability to learn warehouse automation systems
- Ability to work autonomously and be self sufficient
- A strong commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team
