We believe materials are not recycled until they’ve been made into new products. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging. From cardboard boxes, water bottles, and jam jars to food and beverage cans, we are using recycled content to power Australia and New Zealand’s food and beverage packaging industry.
We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Advisor on a 2-year fixed term contract. This role will be based on site in Essendon Fields, Victoria, however there may be an expectation for you to work across other sites as and when required.
Reporting to the GM HR Business Partnering, this position is responsible for providing support to the GM, and working closely with the wider HR BP team to ensure our team delivers quality and timely service and support across the business. This role will also provide general HR support to other HR Managers as required and will be directly accountable for a high level of service to our internal customers.
As part of this role the HR Advisor will work closely with the wider People and Culture teams (Capability, Rewards, IR and Talent Acquisition) to deploy projects and annual processes (eg. annual performance reviews, salary reviews, talent assessment and succession planning), working collaboratively with these key partners/stakeholders is crucial.
Ideally you will have completed, or are completing, tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and you will have at least 2 years experience is a similar HR Administration role.
Your understanding of People & Culture processes across the employee lifecycle along with your knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to compliance and best practices, will set you up for success in this role.
