There is a requirement for a Purchasing and Billing Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the operations team in raising sales quotations, purchase orders ad customer billings in relation to rentals, capital, equipment breakdowns, repairs, maintenance and consumables. Other ad hoc duties will need to be provided to stakeholders where required.
With the VAM Team as they entity running and managing the MHE assets in Visy, this role should have a deep understanding of the Operational Framework, possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict SLAs.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility within delegation of authority guidelines, this position requires the incumbent to have a minimum Diploma in Business and 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar setting.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to prioritise business demands with strong work ethics, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and experience with SAP is advantageous. This role requires comfort in communicating effectively with stakeholders.
This role reports to the Accounting & Administration Manager of the Visy Asset Management team, working closely with the operations team, suppliers, customers and Shared Service.
