We are looking for a Key Account Sales Representative to join our team and champion our vision for sustainable growth.
The role:
Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing established accounts within the nominated Brisbane territory, while expanding Visy’s footprint through proactive prospecting and new business development. This role focuses on strengthening our presence in the corrugated packaging market by nurturing existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities to introduce Visy’s innovative solutions to new clients. Working collaboratively with the broader sales team, customer service, and production departments, you will ensure exceptional service delivery, product reliability, and customer satisfaction in Brisbane’s dynamic and competitive market.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Retain and grow existing business, and actively seek new business
- Develop timely and accurate forecasts of customer requirements and carefully manage your territory utilising Salesforce.com
- Develop & execute sales strategies
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across a range of disciplines
- Actively comply and contribute to OHS&E policies and procedures
What you will bring to the team:
- Relevant skills & experience gained through Internal / External Sales, Customer Service, or Account management
- Experience in Packaging /Manufacturing/ FMCG is highly regarded
- Experience in B2B sales
- Exposure to customer relationship management systems (CRM) & well-versed in the use of Microsoft products.
- Autonomous with strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, solution focused.
- Clear, personable communicator with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capability.
