The Opportunity

Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, recycling and remanufacturing. Our Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) team plays a vital role in supporting one of Australia’s most impactful recycling programs.

As a CDS Administrator, reporting to the Network Manager, you will be a key member of the CDS team, combining administrative responsibilities with customer service to support daily operations and stakeholder engagement.

This is an excellent role for an energetic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about both customer service and sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across mobilisation, compliance, and reporting activities.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for Collection Point Operators and Donation Partners, managing enquiries and resolutions within agreed timeframes.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding of operators, including contract preparation and record maintenance.
  • Managing Salesforce queues, cases, and reporting, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
  • Assisting the CDS team with data entry, monthly reporting, workflow creation, and other administrative duties.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with a genuine passion for customer service and sustainability.
