Maintentance Planner

As the Maintenance Planner, you’ll be at the heart of our maintenance operations—developing and executing preventative maintenance plans, optimising labour and materials, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead the planning and scheduling of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance activities.
- Champion safety by actively participating in safety processes and initiatives.
- Use CMMS (IFS preferred) to manage work orders, asset history, and technical documentation.
- Develop and manage plant shutdown plans, statutory registers, and condition monitoring programs.
- Collaborate with site teams to drive reliability and reduce downtime through RCA and lean maintenance practices.
- Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and offsite repairs.
- Support budgeting and cost control initiatives.
What you will bring to the team:
- Mechanical or Electrical trade or tertiary qualification.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong CMMS skills (IFS desirable).
- Experience in preventative/predictive maintenance, asset register development, BOM creation, and materials management.
