Role Details:
As a Customer Service Officer, working full-time, you will play an important part in our relentless pursuit of customer service. Engaging with customers through phone, email, and online, you will effectively manage and resolve their enquiries in a values-led manner. Working across a variety of enquiries, you will:
- Process quotes, orders and invoices accurately and on time
- Communicate delivery updates and manage delays effectively
- Collaborate internally to meet customer needs and expectations
- Organise and manage daily administrative paperwork
- Monitor non-conformance activities and credit levels
This is a Dandenong based role that is easily accessible with public transport.
What You Will Bring:
No direct experience needed, we’ll train you on our systems. We simply want you to have:
- Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy with experience in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining and enhancing efficiencies
