About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Service & New Work, you’ll play a key role in managing customer orders, providing updates, and coordinating with production, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional service.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate order updates to key accounts, ensuring clear communication on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer order queries and coordinate resolution across Production, Dispatch, and Sales.
  • Support onboarding new products through the New Work Department.
    Prioritising artwork and tooling with suppliers to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure accurate order specifications and documentation are captured.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental input (production, sales, dispatch) for seamless product launch.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve delivery on-time, in-full (DIFOT) outcomes.

What You Will Bring to the Team

  • Previous experience in customer service, order management, or administration (manufacturing environment preferred).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience in the packaging or printing industry will be highly regarded
