Role Details
We’re seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support HSE, quality and training systems at our Auckland Plastics site. You’ll coordinate SOPs, risk assessments, audits, incident support, and maintain critical HSE and quality documentation. You’ll also lead training and induction programs, track skills development, and help embed safe, high-quality practices across the site. This hands-on role requires strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Bring
- NZ Certificate in Workplace HSE Practice – Level 4
- Experience in HSE compliance
- Quality coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and quality compliance requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience with training systems or digital learning platforms (desirable)
- Strong MS 365 capability
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to multitask and influence positive safety behaviours
