Role details:
In your role as the National Key Account Manager, reporting to the divisional General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives across the Visy Recycling business. An assertive pragmatic approach is required to engage with all customers and develop business alliances and opportunities with new and existing customer portfolios, in line with Visy Recycling’s overall objectives and values.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the Visy Industries sales network, expanding and strengthening our customer portfolio.
- Spot and seize new recycling business opportunities to fuel growth.
- Drive increased revenue and profitability across recycling services.
- Shape our business strategy by sharing insights on market trends, competitor movements, barriers, and emerging opportunities.
- Partner closely with teams across Visy Recycling to ensure contract compliance and maximise commercial outcomes.
- Champion adherence to Visy’s policies and procedures in everything you do.
- Respond to customer enquiries with urgency, collaborating across divisions to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Lead end‑to‑end service delivery and equipment installation for new business, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

- Experience preparing and delivering clear, insightful reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
