Commercial Manager – Bulk & Construction

Lead commercial performance, pricing strategy and profitability across Visy Logistics.

Role Details:

As Commercial Manager, you will play a key leadership role across the Bulk & Construction divisions, driving profitable growth and strengthening commercial performance in a complex, asset‑intensive environment. Partnering closely with the General Manager, you will provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions across the business and help position the division for sustainable, long‑term success.

What You’ll Do:

• Leading pricing and revenue management, including major contracts and tenders
• Driving cost optimisation and margin improvement in partnership with operations
• Supporting capital investment and transformation initiatives through business cases and ROI analysis
• Building strong cross‑functional partnerships to enable data‑driven decision‑making
• Leading and developing commercial capability and performance

What You Will Bring

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or other asset‑intensive environments
• Proven involvement in large‑scale change or transformation programs
• Exposure to enterprise data, reporting or pricing systems
• Commercial or accounting qualification required; CPA, CA or MBA highly regarded
