Customer Service Representative

Engage with customers & internal people through phone, email, online. No shift work.

• 12-month fixed term, full-time opportunity
• 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday
• Coolaroo on-site role, Free on-site car parking

Role Details:

As a Customer Service Representative, working full-time, you will play an important part in our relentless pursuit of customer service. Engaging with customers through phone, email, and online, you will effectively manage and resolve their enquiries in a values-led manner. Working across a variety of enquiries, you will:

• Process orders and invoices accurately and on time
• Communicate delivery updates and manage delays effectively
• Collaborate internally to meet customer needs and expectations
• Organise and manage daily administrative paperwork
• Monitor non-conformance activities and credit levels

What You Will Bring: 

Minimal experience needed, we’ll train you on our systems. We simply want you to have:

• Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy with experience in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel
• Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining and enhancing efficiencies
