Role Details:
As the Finance Manager, you will lead financial management and performance oversight across the region.
This role partners with operations and commercial teams to drive profitability and deliver clear, actionable insights. You’ll will have end‑to‑end accountability for financial reporting, planning, and compliance, while strengthening financial discipline and driving continuous improvement across the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver accurate monthly and year-end reporting with clear insights on volume, revenue and cost drivers
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and estimates, ensuring robust assumptions and alignment with operations
- Maintain strong financial control including balance sheets, stock governance and compliance obligations
- Partner with Operations, Commercial and Corporate teams to forecast performance, identify risks and unlock opportunities
- Support capital investment decisions through robust financial analysis and tracking of approved projects
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team while driving process standardisation and system improvements
What You Will Bring:
- CPA/CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in financial reporting, planning and analysis within manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong systems capability (SAP, Hyperion) and experience working with shared services/offshore teams
- Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory management and manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and deliver clear, commercial insights
- Leadership mindset with strengths in team development, process improvement and continuous improvement
