Role Details:

Routes:

• Local/Metro routes based out of our Dandenong site
• Deliveries between Visy and client sites in Metro Melbourne

Hours:

• Morning shift - Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:06pm

Rates:

• Competitive hourly rate + penalties + allowances

What you'll do:

• Operating curtain side HC combinations
• Transporting Visy materials such as paper reels, cardboard, plastic and glass
• Maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism and compliance
• Completing electronic reporting and required documentation
• Adhering to fatigue management, CoR and load restraint regulations

What You Will Bring: 

• A valid HC or MC Licence with recent Australian driving experience.
• Experience with tautliners, flatbeds, retractable or container trailers. 
• Sound knowledge of the regional areas or interstate routes.
• Excellent communication, time management skills and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• A comprehensive understanding of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws. 
• BFM Certification – or willingness to obtain.
• Pride in the presentation and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
