About the Role

Visy Logistics is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Digital Supply Chain to lead the development and execution of our digital roadmap.

This role will drive the optimisation of our supply chain systems, build a data-driven environment, and deliver digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance across our global business. You will lead complex, enterprise-wide digital projects from business case development through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities.

You will balance day-to-day system performance with long-term strategy while partnering closely with senior stakeholders, operations and customers to align digital capabilities with operational needs.

Reporting to the General Manager, Global Solutions Design, Development & Implementations, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

· Own Visy Logistics’ digital systems landscape, ensuring platforms are fit for purpose, scalable, and aligned to business needs

· Leading the optimisation of existing systems, ensuring compliance and ongoing enhancements

· Driving the digital strategy and development across all areas of Visy Logistics

· Creating data-driven, insight-rich environments to support business decision-making

· Leading the implementation of system changes and enhancements, with a focus on user experience

What you will bring to the team:

· 8+ years’ experience in supply chain & logistic technology, digital transformation, and IT delivery

· Solutions delivery experience in Supply Chain technologies, such as SAP, TMS, WMS, and ERP

· Demonstrated project management and delivery capability, with experience leading end-to-end implementations

· Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

· Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate into operational outcomes
