Role Details:
We’re seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join Visy Cell at our Truganina site. This permanent role is working a 3 day per week 12-hour roster from 6:00am to 6:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid break. This is a hands-on role in a new production environment, where you will play a key part in keeping the line running safely, efficiently and to quality standards.

What you'll do:
• Operate, monitor and adjust machinery to achieve safe and efficient production outcomes.
• Troubleshoot faults and respond to operational issues to minimise downtime.
• Complete visual checks and quality inspections to ensure output meets required standards.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes and performance.
• Work closely with the broader team to keep production moving in a safe and collaborative way.

What You Will Bring:
• Previous machine operating experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions on the line.
• Experience with conveyors or continuous-flow production equipment will be highly regarded.
• A strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork.
