Role Details:
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Kilburn Recycling Facility. This is a full-time permanent role on day shift with flexible start time. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

What you’ll do:

  • Schedule and plan out preventative maintenance tasks for the team, based on production requirements.
  • Assist the maintenance team when needed to address breakdowns in a timely manner.
  • Working in collaboration with the production team to ensure site efficiency and output.
  • Address any issues or concerns that your team have and work with them to find resolutions.
  • Recording all maintenance scheduled tasks in IFS system, ensuring documentation accuracy and accountability.
  • General technical support to the MRF processing facility.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent essential.
  • Experience in a heavy industrial maintenance environment and working alongside production.
  • Experience in leading a maintenance team and scheduling tasks around production requirements.
  • Good with computers systems and ability to assist the maintenance team as needed.
  • Able to motivate your team and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong safety-first mindset to everything you do.
