Step into a fast‑paced manufacturing role where you’ll keep high‑performance machinery running and play a hands‑on part in producing sustainable cardboard packaging as a Process Worker

What You Will Do:

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor your key responsibilities will include:

• Operate machinery to meet production, service, and quality standards for the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
• Feeding product into the converting machines and arranging product at the machine discharge points.
• Stacking products onto palettes for further processing ensuring all board stacked are neat and stable.
• Assist in machine setup, dismantling and job changes tasks for a production run.
• Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
• Maintain safe work and operating practices, and a high level of housekeeping at all times.
  
  

What You Will Bring to the Team: 

• Previous operation experience in a manufacturing or Board environment
• Proven ability to work in a physically demanding and fast paced environment
• The ability to work under pressure and display a good eye for detail particularly in quality control
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
• Forklift licence is a bonus.

We have 2 shifts available with both 12-month fixed term and fulltime positions 

AM Shift - Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm. Saturday OT available 
PM Shift - Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:15pm. Sunday OT available
